Online Media Executive

Overview of Role
Freestyle Media is looking for an online media star! Your role will involve managing
online media planning/buying in the areas of paid search, email, display advertising
and performance marketing. Whilst you will be performing this role across current
Freestyle Media clientèle, the role also requires that you actively seek out
opportunities in the marketplace. Experience in all of the above areas will be valued.
However, experience in display and performance is a must. Fulfilling this set of
responsibilities will mean that you are an intelligent, creative, proactive and
experienced campaigner.

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform online media planning and buying
• Prepare media plans and presentations for clients.
• Send out briefs to publishers and negotiate media rates
• Sign off on all media insertion/purchase orders.
• Implement, maintain and perform optimization efforts for online media
campaigns.
• Participate in meetings with clients and providing insight into online media
results.
• Maintain and grow relationships with online media advertising
representatives.
• Work with the creative team to organize creative specifications for email and
banner placements.
• Work with the account management team to integrate media campaigns
with website development projects.
• Work with search engine marketing team to integrate search engine
optimization campaigns.
• Produce reports and advise of results.
• Maintain knowledge of ad serving, search engine and performance
technologies.
• Maintain knowledge of current online media trends and give strategic advice
when necessary.
Required Qualifications:
• A minimum of 2 years of online media planning and negotiating experience
in an interactive agency
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
• A complete knowledge of online marketing concepts and practices as well
as a familiarity with offline media concepts
• Strong mathematic and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of online research tools and other media software tools
• Experience in analysing complex data, market research, and formulating
actionable plans
• Effective time management and organizational skills, as well as strong
attention to detail

Online - Senior Graphic Designer - Online Marketing Agency Sydney

Freestyle Media Group is a leading Online Marketing Agency. With offices in Sydney and Melbourne we work with high profile clients within the commercial, corporate and public sectors of Australia. Freestyle Media Group is part of the ASX listed Q Limited Group, which has revenues exceeding $15 million per annum.
The primary responsibility of the senior designer will be creative idea generation and strategies to produce a variety of interactive media such as websites, promotional sites, viral and banner advertising solutions for clients. The ability to contribute to our client's brand management strategy is also important. You will oversee projects from concept to design, working closely with the creative director and other design team members and project managers.
Ideally the suitable applicant will be someone who is currently working within the digital field either on the client side or in an agency/studio environment. The suitable applicant will be highly dedicated, professional and passionate about his/her design work.
You will have minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry. A tertiary degree in design and experience in an agency will be highly respected.

Office Administration/Online Marketing Co-ordinator

Freestyle Media are offering an entry level position for a bright and talented person looking to get their foot in the door in the online marketing industry. The 3 major areas you will be working in are Project Management, Development and SEO. You possess a range of skills in the areas of communication, organisation, writing, and project management. This position is designed to give you a greater skill set across 3 major sections of online marketing and is a rare opportunity to work for a rapidly growing online company. You will be reporting to the COO and both Directors and each department head you work for, as well as being required to perform ad hoc tasks.

The following is a list of the type of work you will perform:
  • Liaising with clients for work purposes and to build strong relationships
  • Assisting the COO and directors with any Ad hoc tasks they require
  • Attending client meetings and taking notes of action
  • Customer relationship management – particularly via phone and email
  • Assistance with project management of client work
  • Follow-up workshop enquiries
  • Basic HTML
  • Answering phones
  • Assistance with Marketing and Promotions
  • Filing
  • Database Management
  • Researching information
  • Assisting Freestyle employees in preparation for their meetings
  • Sourcing guest speakers / mentors for workshops from database
  • Assistance with post, stationery supplies etc
  • Assistance at workshop sessions when needed
  • General admin duties as required
