● Can create designs which are beautiful and functional across web and mobile.
● Can create persuasive advertisements that convert well
● Has an understanding of User Experience and understands how users do things on the Internet.
● Knows how to make text readable with typographic layout.
● Conceptualizes the end result and how it will meet the business objectives before opening Photoshop.
● Takes an ‘anything is possible’ approach and can push the boundaries of web design.
● Can inspire, lead and manage others.
● Possesses an insatiable thirst for learning.
● Can work autonomously and wants to achieve shared goals/

Desirable Qualities

● Can assist in implementation using cross-browser compatible HTML, CSS and jQuery.
