Office Administration/Online Marketing Co-ordinator
Freestyle Media are offering an entry level position for a bright and talented person looking to get their foot in the door in the online marketing industry. The 3 major areas you will be working in are Project Management, Development and SEO. You possess a range of skills in the areas of communication, organisation, writing, and project management. This position is designed to give you a greater skill set across 3 major sections of online marketing and is a rare opportunity to work for a rapidly growing online company. You will be reporting to the COO and both Directors and each department head you work for, as well as being required to perform ad hoc tasks.
The following is a list of the type of work you will perform:
- Liaising with clients for work purposes and to build strong relationships
- Assisting the COO and directors with any Ad hoc tasks they require
- Attending client meetings and taking notes of action
- Customer relationship management – particularly via phone and email
- Assistance with project management of client work
- Follow-up workshop enquiries
- Basic HTML
- Answering phones
- Assistance with Marketing and Promotions
- Filing
- Database Management
- Researching information
- Assisting Freestyle employees in preparation for their meetings
- Sourcing guest speakers / mentors for workshops from database
- Assistance with post, stationery supplies etc
- Assistance at workshop sessions when needed
- General admin duties as required

Remuneration
The remuneration range for this role is $25K-$30K depending upon experience.

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a dynamic international marketing team within our company. You will report to the Australian based Vice President of Global Marketing and fulfill a tactical implementation and project management role.
Leading a team of five and working closely with sales, product marketing and product management you will be responsible for the delivery of all marketing programs, campaigns and initiatives to appropriately position and promote the company's offerings to target audiences world-wide.
Main activities:
Partnering internally to develop product-marketing strategies, market positioning, value propositions and communication channels.
Developing marketing programs to reinforce the company’s market position.
Developing, implementing and driving direct response marketing campaigns and sales integration strategies.
Effectively utilizing all marketing tools and techniques to deliver quality initiatives on time including campaigns, PR, collateral, tradeshows, sales tools and online marketing.
Writing, editing, proofing and reviewing content deliverables (brochures, media releases, reports, papers, case studies, webpages, emails etc).
Working with the field sales teams to implement and measure sales support campaigns
Managing the global use and adoption of the sales and marketing database.
Ensuring clear measurement and monitoring of Return on Investment results of marketing programs (eg: campaigns, online, promotions, etc).
You will need to be focused on delivering tangible value to a sales organisation sceptical of marketing’s contribution. Central to this will be the requirement to develop positive working relationships with sales, product management and regional offices.
Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in marketing.
5+ years B2B or IT marketing experience.
Strong project management skills.
Proven success implementing integrated marketing and communications activities to drive sales.
Demonstrable track record in building strong positive relationships with sales, product management, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
High computer literacy, excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with marketing campaign programs and databases (StrategyMix).
Strong focus on measuring marketing ROI and an ability to communicate marketing contribution to all levels of the organization.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Committed to people leadership and performance management.
As a significant amount of marketing utilises online marketing and new media, you will need to be conversant in online practices and principles (Blogs, RSS, webcasts, podcasts, online lead generation, SEO, direct response emarketing, virtual demos etc).
