Freestyle Media is looking for a talented, passionate, charismatic and driven business development manager to join its team. The primary role is to drive new business and acquire high value blue chip clients. You will partner with Account Managers to see the smooth transition of new business wins into long term clients.
You will plan and attend joint pitches with our partner companies to increase revenues across the group, developing business in Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand.
Mandatory qualities include
- Highly developed presentation skills
- Client strategy and planning skills
- Preparation of tenders and proposals – Strong sales writing skills
- Proactively present new ideas to clients (new and existing)
- Flexible sales approach including; solution selling and consultative sales skills
- Experience dealing with upper level management

- Web builds
- Online media strategy/buying
- Viral emails, banners and games
This job represents a senior role heading up the New Business team in a rapidly growing, listed and well respected online marketing agency. This role will position you in a highly recognisable and strategic position within the online agency world.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Acquire New Business
- Identifying and acquiring new business leads and contacts
- Preparation of tenders and proposals
- Pitch development and conceptualisation
- Marketing to attract new business

Remuneration
In return, an attractive remuneration of $140,000 OTE with uncapped commissions, as well as a fantastic office environment, city location and ability to influence and contribute to the business in many different areas.
